Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage Jira projects, workflows, and configurations to meet the unique needs of different teams.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience working with Jira, ideally in an administration or specialist role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management practices.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing Jira projects, workflows, and permissions.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing Jira dashboards, filters, and advanced reporting techniques.
  • Familiarity with Jira API for integration with other tools and systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail when configuring workflows and resolving user issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with users and stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator) are a plus.
