About the Role

Startek is currently seeking customer-focused individuals to join our Energy Distribution team as an Inbound Customer Service Consultant.

As the first point of contact for customers, retailers and business partners, you will provide accurate information and support regarding electricity network services. You will handle inbound enquiries, investigate customer requests, complete associated administration tasks, and ensure all interactions are managed efficiently, professionally, and in line with regulatory requirements.

Working in a supportive team environment, you will build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders while delivering exceptional service and helping to resolve enquiries with confidence and care.

  • Roster: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 8:00am and 6:00pm
  • Permanent Part-Time Position
    • $27.97 per hour + superannuation + leave entitlements
    • Guaranteed minimum 35 paid hours per week
