About This Job
We are looking for a motivated and curious Intermediate JavaScript Developer to join our Digital Marketing Engineering team. As part of our web and digital group, you will help build, maintain, and enhance the customer-facing digital experiences that represent the Axos brand online.If you know your JavaScript well and have hands-on experience with React, we will invest in teaching you the rest.What You Will Work On
- Build and maintain features within our customer-facing web application alongside senior engineers and product managers
- Support data integrations that connect our digital properties to key marketing and analytics platforms
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and product teams to ensure seamless digital experiences across the customer journey
- Contribute to tag management and data collection workflows that power our marketing and personalization strategies
- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily standups as part of an agile development team
- Write readable, maintainable code and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience with JavaScript development
- Solid, demonstrable understanding of core JavaScript concepts
- Hands-on experience with React
- Comfort working in a version-controlled environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks and server-side rendering concepts
- Experience working with CRM or marketing automation platform integrations
- Exposure to tag management systems and data layer architecture
- Basic understanding of digital analytics and marketing data pipelines
