Tasks / Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Collaborate with business users and Agile teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Configure and customize Model-Driven and Canvas Apps, including forms, views, business rules, and security roles.
- Develop and support integrations with internal and external systems using APIs and related technologies.
- Resolve application issues and production support requests.
- Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, and release activities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and development standards.
- Follow Power Platform best practices, governance standards, and security requirements.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field plus 5+ years of related experience.
- Intermediate to advanced coding or scripting experience (Python, JavaScript, XSLT, XML or similar).
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Finance/Accounting knowledge and finance technology experience in a corporate environment.
- Workday experience.
- Accounting software support and Decision Focus.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains, Workday).
- Knowledge and experience with APIs and API development with microservices.
- Experience with General Ledger accounting and reporting systems (GL, AR, AP, consolidations).
- Experience with monitoring tools for infrastructure monitoring, reporting, and alerting.
- Demonstrated success supporting development and infrastructure teams; proactive production system management.
- Experience with scalable, high-availability back-end technologies (Oracle, SQL Server).
- Experience with Insurance / Reinsurance systems and data.
- Experience supporting 3rd-party hosted systems.
- Snowflake (listed as a plus).
- OneStream reporting tool familiarity.
- AWS development and deployment knowledge (nice to have).
- Alteryx, Gtreasury, Concur, or CoreIntegrator experience (nice to have).
- Experience with ETL development, data manipulation and transformation; SSIS/SSRS a plus.
- HTML, SAS, SQL and additional XML tool knowledge (helpful).
- Understanding of JIRA (project management) and solid design/implementation experience.
