Skills Required
- At least 3–5 years of server-side development experience
- Knowledge of traditional and agile software development lifecycles and methodologies
- Strong Java expertise and proven experience delivering high-quality commercial software
- Experience estimating work for projects of various sizes
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to create or facilitate robust commercial applications
- Strong time-management skills
- Extensive core backend services development experience, especially with J2EE, Spring Boot, message queues, Redis, JDBC, SQL, and RESTful services
- Strong understanding of HTTP, SSL, SMTP, UDP, TCP/IP, and RMI
- Computer Science degree or equivalent qualification
