This role leads three strategic platforms across HBU:
- Diagnosis Strategy & Diagnostic Ecosystem
- Marketing Operation Excellence
- Local Marketing (LMKT) Excellence
The role serves as the strategic integrator connecting Brand Team, Medical, Access, Sales, Local Marketing Teams and External Diagnostic Partners, ensuring business strategies are effectively translated into measurable customer impact and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Diagnosis Strategy and Dx-Tx Platform Development
Develop and execute the HBU diagnosis strategy to support future portfolio growth.

- Build Patient Identification programs and pathways
- Drive Diagnostic Stewardship initiatives
- Support Precision Therapy and AMS initiatives
- Establish Diagnosis-to-Treatment (Dx-Tx) integration models

- Identify emerging diagnosis opportunities supporting future business growth
Diagnostic Ecosystem Management
- Build strategic partnerships with IVD and diagnostic companies
- Drive joint business planning with diagnostic partners
- Explore innovative Dx-Tx collaboration models
- Lead diagnostic innovation pilots and solution programs
Evidence and Innovation
- Drive diagnostic evidence generation initiatives
- Explore AI-enabled diagnosis solutions
- Identify opportunities for integrated diagnostic and treatment solutions
2. Lead Local Marketing (LMKT)
Act as the South LMKT leader to ensure effective strategy localization and execution.
LMKT Leadership
- Lead and coordinate the LMKT network nationwide
- Align national strategy with local market execution
- Support regional business planning process
- Facilitate cross-region collaboration and learning
Market Insights
- Collect and consolidate local market insights
- Identify regional opportunities and barriers
- Monitor competitive developments and customer trends
Best Practice Replication
- Identify successful regional initiatives

- Promote execution consistency across regions
- Accelerate local innovation adoption
3. Lead Marketing Operation Excellence

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management or Business preferred
- MBA preferred
Experience

- 8-12+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience
- Minimum 5 years in marketing, sales mgmt.., or business leadership roles
- Experience leading cross-functional projects
- Proven track record in strategy execution and business delivery
Preferred
