What we're looking for:- 4+ years of software development experience.
- 1–2 years of technical leadership experience.
- Strong Java & Spring Boot experience.
- Experience with AWS, REST APIs, and scalable backend applications.
- Knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and testing.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong mentoring and technical decision-making skills.
- B2+ English level.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
