Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, distributed microservices using Spring Boot and Java 8+.
- Provide technical leadership, team building, mentoring, and guidance to the development team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Design and optimize caching strategies, batch processing frameworks, and messaging systems.
- Ensure high performance and scalability of databases with expertise in SQL and query optimization.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide reliable solutions for large-scale systems.
- Introduce new architectural components and continuously improve overall system architecture
Requirements
- Senior (8+ years), with prior experience as a Technical Lead or Architect on large-scale distributed systems
- Proven experience architecting and building large-scale backend systems.
- Strong proficiency in Core Java, microservices, Spring Boot, and messaging systems.
- Expertise in database design, SQL, and query optimization.
- Ability to debug complex issues and optimize system performance.
- Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring tools.
- Preferred: Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and related cloud services.
- Preferred: Familiarity with streaming platforms and high-volume data processing.
- Preferred: Proven track record of building scalable, high-performance systems.
