Provide sales team support by troubleshooting orders and accounts, responding to customer and prospect queries, managing sales tracking tools, producing sales data and guides, monitoring KPIs and trends, liaising with account managers, ensuring product launch adoption, reviewing pending orders, and suggesting process improvements to enhance customer experience.

Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable, distributed Java backend systems. Implement microservices with Spring Boot, optimize databases and caching, design batch and messaging pipelines, troubleshoot performance issues, mentor engineering teams, and drive DevOps/CI-CD and monitoring best practices across product lines.

Promote a contactless in-seat dining product to restaurants, engage potential customers, and pass interested leads to the Sales Team. Flexible, part-time role aimed at monetizing free time; prior sales and restaurant experience preferred.

Drive new business in the sports and entertainment vertical via cold outreach, prospecting, and pipeline management. Set qualified meetings, generate leads and partner opportunities, collaborate with internal teams, and hit lead/opportunity targets to grow enterprise customers.

Execute manual test cases for web and mobile; identify, report, and re-test defects using Jira; perform functional, regression, exploratory, integration, and basic API testing with Postman/Swagger; assist in test case creation and validation documentation; participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with developers and product managers; use basic AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to assist testing and documentation.

Sell retailclouds POS and SaaS suite to enterprise sports and entertainment clients. Generate new accounts, grow existing relationships, qualify leads, deliver demos, meet quotas, and collaborate cross-functionally while staying current on industry trends.

Work with large, complex retail datasets to create and improve analytics dashboards and visualizations. Clean and mine data, apply statistical techniques to derive actionable insights, organize/catalog data streams, and communicate findings to non-technical decision-makers. Support multiple departments and manage analytics projects to improve retailer operations.
