The Consumer Intelligence team is looking for a Software Developer, responsible for delivering smart data that help our customers make the right decisions.
As part of the team, you will get the chance to provide platform components to deliver user facing experiences to consumers. We work closely with our customers to make sure we develop and build the right things.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with a small, autonomous team of developers, and product owners to find end-to-end solutions to important problems.
- Implement these solutions in a microservice environment, built mostly on Kotlin and Spring Boot
- We work towards an architecture based on micro-services and REST APIs and with modern frameworks and technologies such as Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, ElasticSearch, MongoDB, Kafka, Docker and Kubernetes in AWS.
- Develop software that aims to meet the business goals and visions
- Ensure delivery of services that meet performance, scalability and robustness requirements
- Unit and integration tests for code and services produced
- Take part in the overall strategy for IT development
Your passion:
- You are passionate about development and being part of a real agile Tech organization. Our developers have great responsibility to participate and drive our products and services forward with high-end technology and customer experience. We work in product teams, in short sprints and with Continuous Deployment. We also work cross functional and cooperative across all the organization to manage and move towards our technical vision and platform to align in the future.
- Being part of our Tech organization, you are a social team player, curious and explorative, and want to take part in continuously improve the way we work and evaluating tools in the scope of open source and larger communities to best support our needs and vision.
Who you are:
- You hold a degree in computer science or similar subject and have at least 2+ years of working experience in similar engineering position
- You have an understanding of Java or Kotlin development
- Previous coding experience in object oriented or functional programming
- You care about quality and you know what it means to ship high-quality code
- You have some knowledge of distributed systems, and be passionate about pair programming practices and agile way of working
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- You are fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
