About this opportunity:

We are now looking for a dynamic and proactive person to strengthen our team working on development of a 5G UE Simulator.
The team is part of Simulation Services (SIMS) in Poland that provides a bunch of services and tools developed for testing networks like 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G. Those test tools are required for verification of product and its functionalities during the development process.
Your role will include e2e development activities such as: requirement analysis, software design, integration, verification, simulations, tools design, Product Lifecycle Management support and product documentation. Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We are organized in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.
Java is our programming language and we also use Jira, Confluence, GIT.
What you will do:• Design, develop and tests features in a5G UE Simulator in accordance with team practices. • Ensure quality, maintainability and security of developed SW. • Perform trouble shooting and customer support.• Work with the team and Product Owner to analyze requirements and plan an implementation. • Influence the product roadmap by architecture change proposals.• Support continuous improvements of products and processes.
The skills you bring:• MSc or BSc level in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or equivalent level of knowledge• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing and testing SW in Java.• Excellent speaking and writing skills in English• A spirit of positiveness and creativeness with a can-do-attitude.• The skills to be ready to explore new opportunities as well as continuously learn and improve together with the team and really enjoy coding.• Teamworking with ability to work closely in a diverse team of colleagues.• A telecommunication knowledge - would be an asset.
