Job Title:Fullstack Developer(Java+Angular)
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Full Stack Lead Developer (Java + Angular) to lead a team of software developers in designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and Angular (v8+), along with proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor a development team.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the full software development lifecycle from requirements analysis, architecture, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
· Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring best coding practices and high-quality deliverables.
· Design and implement scalable, maintainable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
· Develop and maintain modern, responsive frontend components using Angular.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and DevOps.
· Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural and development standards.
· Participate in architecture and design discussions and contribute to technology decisions.
· Troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
· Drive agile processes and promote continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
· 7+ years of software development experience with a strong focus on Java (Spring Boot) and Angular (8+).
· 2+ years of experience in a technical lead or team leadership role.
· Deep understanding of full stack architecture and microservices.
· Strong experience with RESTful API design and integration.
· Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript).
· Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM tools (Hibernate, JPA).
· Solid knowledge of version control systems (Git) and build tools (Maven, Gradle).
· Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
· Familiarity with agile project management tools (JIRA, Confluence).
· Experience with performance tuning, security best practices, and scalable architecture.
