About the Role
- Responsible for writing backend business logic, building backend features, cloud deployment, as well as building CI/CD pipelines for this platform.
- Ability to engage and work development teams located across multiple geographies.
- Good experience with the technology ecosystem of this platform - Java, Spring, Springboot, Microservices, Event Driven Architecture, Kafka, AWS and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Elasticsearch or Grafana is good to have.

Responsibilities
- Technically hands-on implementation working on deliverables as required.
- Working with team of experienced developers and architects on development of features assigned to work on in the product.
- Discuss technical aspects of functional and non-functional requirements.
- Work on a solution approach, get it reviewed by stakeholders before implementation.
- Work on Implementation of complex features with high quality & follow TDD process.
- Communicate risks and progress in a timely manner to reporting supervisor.
- Support the features delivered by debugging and creating RCA for production issues and subsequently work towards short term and long-term fixes.
Requirements
- Should possess 2-4 years of development experience
- Experience with Java programming (collections framework, multi-threading, OOPS) preferably with the recent versions of Java.
- Hands on experience with Data Structures, Spring, Springboot and Microservices.
- Experience with any Database like Oracle, SQL Server or PostgresSQL.
- Knowledge on event driven architecture concepts and asynchronous messaging, especially with Kafka.
- Good to have experience of working with at least one cloud, preferably AWS.
- Exposure to Elasticsearch would be good to have.
- Should possess excellent communication skills.
Must-Have Skill-set
- Strong Computer Science Fundamentals with 2-4 years of experience
- Exposure to Cloud Native Application Development preferably AWS
- Hands on experience in Java, Springboot, Kafka
- Exposure to Reactive Programming
- Exposure to event-driven architecture with Big Data
- Intermediate/Advanced Knowledge of Core Java
- Excellent communication skills for team collaboration
