We are seeking a hands-on Backend
Java Developer with 7+ years of software development experience to
support a highly technical team
The developer will focus on
backend application development, microservices, AWS cloud technologies,
database troubleshooting, and production support.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of professional software development
experience
- Strong Java development experience.
- Strong Spring Boot experience.
- Experience developing microservices and REST
APIs.
- Hands-on AWS experience with:
- S3
- Lambda
- Glue
- EMR
- EKS
- Strong SQL and database troubleshooting skills.
- Application debugging and production support
experience.
- Agile/Scrum experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance backend applications using
Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and maintain microservices and REST APIs.
- Work with AWS cloud services and batch-processing
applications.
- Write and optimize SQL queries.
- Troubleshoot application and production issues.
- Collaborate with engineering, platform,
compliance, and business teams.
- Support application delivery in an Agile/Scrum
environment.
