仕事内容

● ゲーム内キャラクターの3Dアニメーション制作・演出設計

● 各キャラクターの個性や世界観に沿ったモーションの設計・表現

● 手付けアニメーションの品質管理

● Unityを用いたアニメーションの実装・調整・最適化

● チーム内外の課題を主体的に発見・提案・解決

応募条件

● ゲームや映像などにおける3Dモーション制作経験（目安：5年以上）

● Maya / Blender / MotionBuilder など、いずれかのDCCツールの実務使用経験

● Unityにおけるアニメーション実装経験（Animator、Timeline、Rigging等）

● キャラクターの個性や演出意図に合わせてアニメーション表現を工夫できる方

● チームでの制作に必要な基本的なコミュニケーション力（日本語）

● ※リードやシニアとしてのご経験がある方は歓迎いたしますが、今後リーダーシップを発揮したいと考えている方も対象としています。

● Unityでの物理演算やプロシージャルアニメーションの活用経験
