Supervises janitorial frontline employees and cleans assigned facilities. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, managing breaks, monitoring productivity and customer service, conducting safety and quality audits, inspecting completed work, coordinating staffing with managers, coaching employees, and training new and existing workers. Responsibilities- the supervisor is responsible for an assigned area or a building
- responsible for the direct oversight of frontline employees responsible for ensuring that productivity levels and customer service requirements are being met and the frontline employees are complying with all safety, quality, and compliance standards established by the company and by our clients responsible for directing and cleaning designated areas within appropriate timeframes
- demonstrate exceptional customer service skills

- maintain communication with managers to maintain optimum staffing levels, meet client expectations, and coordinate facility operations
