Lead and supervise on-site cleaning team; train new hires; coordinate assignments; perform and oversee cleaning and grounds maintenance; manage keys/access, safety, quality, and client communication; complete physical tasks and follow chemical and equipment procedures.

Support design, installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems for an AMHS project. Review electrical drawings, coordinate vendors, provide daily field support, manage RFIs/submittals, ensure code compliance and safety, and maintain documentation and turnover packages.

Manage operational accuracy and technology for facility services: onboard staff to payroll, train personnel, run inspections, maintain ABM inspection and QR-based task management systems, monitor client dashboards, troubleshoot systems, and present operational analytics to ABM project management and clients.

Perform grounds maintenance: mowing, trimming, edging, planting, fertilizing, leaf and litter removal, basic carpentry/painting, equipment care, sprinkler upkeep, and snow/ice removal. Maintain safe work areas; on-the-job training provided.

Coordinate FF&E work orders from planning through closeout, managing scheduling, procurement, budgets, vendor relations, logistics, installations, site visits, and reporting to ensure on-time, on-budget completion and compliance with standards.

Sell bundled electrical, mechanical, resiliency, sustainability and maintenance solutions to MUSH (Municipalities, Universities, Schools, Hospitals) clients. Generate new business through cold calling and networking, develop lifecycle financial analyses with project teams, use Salesforce to manage pipeline and forecasts, analyze RFQs, and meet annual sales targets. Focus on large projects, maintenance sales, and ESG-aligned solutions.

Provide administrative and logistical support to CCPC leadership and project teams: coordinate meetings, manage project documents (RFIs, submittals, change orders), assist onboarding/access control, handle scheduling, travel and expenses, maintain office supplies, liaise with vendors, and ensure policy compliance.

Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff, schedule and train employees, inspect facilities, manage supplies and records, ensure safety and compliance, address client issues, and assist with cleaning as needed.

Maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, and fire/life-safety systems in mission-critical data centers. Perform preventative maintenance, emergency response, troubleshooting, and documentation. Act as the primary onsite technical resource, train technicians, interact with vendors, monitor site BAS, and ensure >99.999% uptime while following safety procedures, MOPs/SOPs, and logging work in CMMS.
