Duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct and develop subordinates to produce professional results and workmanship of an efficient Facility Management organization.
- Manage budgeting process to ensure appropriate and timely preparation. Work with established constraints and facility conditions and report on variances when applicable.
- Direct the daily activities of all C&W SERVICES facility groups as well as sub-contractors. This is an events-based facility service position. Hours and time vary accordingly. Some night, weekends, and holidays hours will be required.
- Establish and maintain effective lines of communication with the customer and facility personnel regarding work schedules and distribution and coordination of materials in these facilities.
- Ensure that all facilities under his/her responsibility are safe and comply with all federal, state and local laws.
- Ensure that environmental procedures and issues are being implemented through the direction of the customer’s environmental specialist representative.
- Work with the customer’s designated representative in implementing cost savings procedures and formation of budgets and reports.
- Ensure that all work performed under his/her supervision is done in a timely and cost-effective manner according to the applicable codes.
- Interface with customer management personnel to ascertain that their needs and requirements as related to the facility management contract are being satisfied.
- Organize and develop short and long-term goals and objectives.
- Develop, implement, administer, and modify programs to maintain all physical assets and equipment, warehousing, and operations.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for facilities operations, including events set up programs, janitorial program, equipment replacement, quality assurance, and safety.
- Oversee the status of practices, policies, and procedures as needed to remain in compliance with standards, requirements, and regulations of regulatory agencies, national, state, and local electrical, buildings, and plumbing codes.
- Negotiate or review service and contracts.
- Monitor all department records, reports, statistics, and facilities.
- Self perform repairs and inspections of facilities as needed.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $ 62,828.60 - $73,916.00
