We’re seeking a dependable, hardworking Janitorial & Grounds Team Member to support the cleanliness, appearance, and day-to-day upkeep of our apartment community. In this role, you’ll help keep our property clean, safe, and welcoming by:
- Cleaning common areas, hallways, offices, laundry rooms, and shared spaces
- Picking up trash and maintaining exterior grounds and walkways
- Assisting with vacant apartment clean-outs and unit preparation
- Supporting lawn care and seasonal grounds upkeep
- Monitoring property conditions and reporting maintenance or safety concerns
- Assisting with light maintenance tasks and operational support as needed
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to perform physical work including lifting, walking, bending, and standing
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Committed to safety and attention to detail
- Previous janitorial, groundskeeping, or maintenance experience is helpful, but not required
- We value strong work ethic, dependability, and willingness to learn
