This senior technology executive will shape and drive the long-term ERP strategy, influence cross-functional transformation, and ensure the successful delivery, sustainment, and modernization of core financial platforms that power the enterprise.
This role functions as the enterprise leader for ERP and Finance technology capabilities, serving as the primary strategist, architect, and executive owner for major ERP programs including SAP, Deltek Costpoint, Oracle, and related finance ecosystem technologies. The ideal candidate brings a blend of product ownership, enterprise architecture, program leadership, financial systems expertise, and an executive presence capable of influencing decisions across the matrix.
You will partner closely with senior business executives, Finance leadership, enterprise transformation partners, and technology stakeholders to drive process modernization, financial system integrity, and digital transformation aligned with corporate goals.

  • Drive end-to-end business process transformation, partnering with Finance, Supply Chain, Program Management, and other stakeholders to harmonize processes, simplify workflows, and ensure consistent enterprise execution.
  • Establish and manage strategic and operational governance frameworks to ensure system reliability, security, performance, and compliance across the ERP and Finance ecosystem.
  • Develop and maintain a technology roadmap for enterprise systems, ensuring investments support scalability, modernization, integration, and value creation.
  • Oversee the support and sustainment model for ERP and Finance platforms, ensuring timely incident resolution, release management, and continuous improvement.
  • Build, lead, and develop high-performing talent, fostering technical excellence, domain expertise, and a strong bench of ERP and Finance technology leaders.
  • Serve as an executive-level influencer, articulating both technical and non-technical concepts to senior leaders, boards, and cross-functional partners.
  • Drive decision-making across a matrixed environment, influencing without direct authority and aligning disparate stakeholder groups toward common outcomes.
  • Partner with engineering, software development, and program management teams, ensuring technical quality, integration rigor, and scalable system design.
  • Ensure financial systems integrity, including data quality, reporting accuracy, audit readiness, and alignment to regulatory and internal control requirements.
Competencies
  • Executive presence, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to senior executives.
  • Strong understanding of ERP strategy, finance transformation, and enterprise systems architecture.
  • Experience leading large-scale ERP implementations with modern delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to balance long-term strategic decisions with short-term operational needs.
  • Strong business acumen and fluency in the language of Finance, IT, and operational performance.
  • Skilled in stakeholder management, negotiation, and cross-functional influence.
  • Innovative problem solver with a practical approach to execution.
  • Demonstrated leadership of high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.
  • Capable of navigating and driving clarity within large, complex, matrixed environments.
