We're looking for an analytical professional with IWMS experience who can bridge technical solutions with business requirements. Your expertise will directly impact real estate optimization, resource management, and facilities operations across our organization. Job Responsibilities:
Space Planning:
Configure and maintain space management modules within the IWMS platform with key focus on space, events, operations, real estate, capital projects, sustainability and energy
Collaborate with facilities and real estate teams on space planning projects and workplace strategies
Create and maintain accurate floor plans, seating charts, and departmental layouts
Model space scenarios for reorganizations, expansions, or consolidations
Event Planning:
Configure and manage event booking modules and room reservation systems
Create streamlined workflows for meeting room bookings, catering requests, and event logistics
Analyze event space usage patterns and recommend optimization strategies
Support conference room technology integration and visitor management systems
Coordinate with event stakeholders to ensure IWMS supports event requirements
Operations Manager:
Analyze operational workflows and identify process improvement opportunities
Configure work order management, preventive maintenance, and service request modules
Develop standard operating procedures and documentation for IWMS processes
Coordinate system updates, enhancements, and new feature implementations
Serve as the primary backup for mailroom operations
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of higher education and/or experience. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, preferred.
3 year experience or equivalent combination of higher education and experience. Experience in a business operations or financial environment preferred.
Ability to work independently and with a team
Experience working creating new process and procedures
Database management experience
Additional Information:
The full salary range is $55,100-$68,837-$82,600. (For Level II:$67,900- $84,892-$101,900) The expected starting salary range is $60,000-$70,000.) Salary offer will be based on qualifications/experience of the candidate, alignment with market data, the needs of the position, our total compensation package, and internal equity.
