The IT Service Management (ITSM) Tech Lead will oversee the daily operations of the ITSM team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Accountabilities/Deliverables:

Identify, design, and implement IT service management processes. Continually review and improve existing processes in line with business and technology changes.

Utilize JIRA to manage and track IT service management activities. Develop workflows, custom fields, dashboards, reports, and other JIRA capabilities to improve the ITSM process.

Implement ITIL best practices and methodologies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Mentor and develop team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Run weekly CAB call as change manager and promote constant process improvement for Change management.

Responsible for ITSM ITIL Innovation

Weekly Monthly KRI / KPI
-
Create analysis reports to show trends in ITSM practices

Responsible for change management , Problem management, Incident management

Collaborate with SIRT
Technical Knowledge and Understanding:
-
Strong background in process improvement methodologies.
-
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
-
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
-
Previous experience or exposure to DevOps environments and ITIL implementation.

2+ years of experience in change management process
-
2+ years experience in JIRA
-
5+ years in ITSM and ITIL role
-
ITIL certification is required.
