The Role
JOB SUMMARY:
Lone Wolf is looking for a Release Analyst who would work with IT and Product Development teams, in an Agile environment, to ensure release support and oversight throughout the SDLC process. This individual would be interacting with Product Owners, Development Managers, DevOps, Change Management, and other functional groups throughout the organization, as well as maintaining clear and consistent communication with leadership and stakeholders, to set release expectations, and manage release scheduling and approvals. This position is part of the IT Service Management team.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in IT, software development, or release management.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of project management tools and processes.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle.
- Demonstrated effective leadership, time management, analytical skills, and attention to details.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies and best practices.
- Practical knowledge of ITIL best practice process framework for IT Operations is desired.
- JIRA experience is desired
- Minimum English Level B2.
