- Perform routine preventive maintenance and servicing of machine tools.

- Dismantle, inspect, repair, and reassemble machine components as required.
- Carry out alignment, fitting, adjustment, and replacement of machine parts.
- Assist service engineers during troubleshooting and repair activities.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, assembly drawings, and technical instructions.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and measuring instruments.
- Maintain service records and report completed work to the reporting manager.
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines during all service activities.
- Travel to customer locations for maintenance and repair work whenever required.
- Maintain good relationships with customers through professional conduct and timely support.
Requirements
Qualification
- ITI in Fitter Trade (Mandatory)
- Additional certification in Mechanical Maintenance or Machine Tool Technology will be an added advantage.
Experience - 1–2 years of experience in machine maintenance, fitting, assembly, or industrial equipment servicing.
- Experience in CNC machine tools, manufacturing industries, or machine tool service companies will be preferred.
