What can you expect in an IT Analyst (Asset Management) role with TaskUs:
Think of yourself as someone who has excellent computer and analytical skills, and will be responsible for managing the administration of IT inventory, asset management, and technical service contracts and will work with IT Asset Supervisor and Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
● Coordinates and gathers feedback from end users to continue improving asset management systems tools with the Applications Team
● Coordinates with Operations regarding asset needs for Ramps to ensure technology requirements are served with efficient devices on time
● Monitors Compliance, SLA and QA on asset movements (onboarding and offboarding - Onsite/RTO/WFH)
● Coordinates with IT HF Supervisor for any procurement on hardware upgrade (parts & services) and cable harnessing requirements.
● Coordinates and Gather feedback from end users about system performance and compliances with IT Divisions (Systems, Compliance, Infosec, FRM and Network)
● Plan and oversee projects (e.g. system tools upgrades, Database and etc)
● Provide advice and technical training on new tools to HnF Team *IT Asset Analyst (Asset Financial risk and Compliance):
● Implement and manage an asset compliance program.
● Develop and review company asset policies
● Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
● Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.
● Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
● Analyzing current and past financial data and performance
● Preparing reports and projections based on data analysis
● Providing financial models and forecasting
Required Qualifications:
● Minimum 3 Years' experience
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Strong computer and analytical skills
● Collaborative and organizational skills
● Strong time-management skills
● Detail oriented and highly organized
● Team player
