Activities:
- User support level 1 (Ticket by ServiceNow)
- Perform regular support, maintenance and administration of user workspace solutions, and user client infrastructure management (laptop/printers/smartphone)
- Teams Meeting room management
Competences:
- Degree/Bachelor in IT area
- Good competences in OS Windows and Office package
- Competences on modern ticketing system (preference ServiceNow) and Microsoft/Autodesk tools (installation and configuration)
- Client oriented approach
- English (good level)
- Working with international team
- Problem solving
