Requirements
Provide operational IT support and systems coordination for the Film Studio asset, ensuring the availability, reliability, security, and day-to-day usability of business and operational systems supporting studio operations. The role supports a lean OpCo environment through hands-on asset-level coordination with centralized IT teams, vendors, and end users across activation and steady-state operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day IT operational support and user assistance across the Film Studio asset.
- Support implementation, administration, and maintenance of business systems, operational platforms, applications, and core infrastructure.
- Coordinate booking systems, operational reporting tools, access-related systems, and business productivity platforms required for asset operations.
- Monitor IT incidents, service requests, recurring issues, and system performance metrics, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
- Coordinate with centralized IT teams and external service providers to ensure service continuity and standards compliance.
- Support cybersecurity controls, user access management, password and account administration, and data protection requirements.
- Ensure operational readiness of IT infrastructure and user environments ahead of activation milestones, tenant onboarding, workshops, and events.
- Support hardware, software, network, and connectivity troubleshooting activities across office and operational environments.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, license trackers, system documentation, user records, and operational logs.
- Support implementation of new technologies and future digital solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Coordinate technology support requirements for workshops, events, partners, and tenant-facing activation activities.
- Monitor system availability and escalate critical operational issues affecting service continuity.
- Support disaster recovery, backup coordination, and business continuity preparedness in line with corporate standards.
- Ensure compliance with corporate IT governance, security standards, and access control protocols.
- Support end-user training, onboarding, and adoption of approved operational systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 4–6 years of IT operations, systems support, or service desk experience.
- Experience supporting operational assets, hospitality, entertainment, events, or other service-intensive environments preferred.
