Netrix Global is hiring a IT Systems Engineer to help operate, secure, and evolve our internal Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, Intune/Defender). You’ll join Corporate IT and work closely with Security & Compliance to keep identity, collaboration, endpoint, and data‑loss prevention (DLP) capabilities reliable, well‑governed, and automation‑driven. The role is fully remote within Bulgaria and follows Netrix Remote Work and Acceptable Use standards.
- Identity & access (Entra ID)
- Operate and improve Conditional Access, PIM, RBAC, app registrations, enterprise apps (SAML/OIDC/SCIM), and break‑glass procedures.
- Execute least‑privilege changes and periodic access reviews in line with Access Control standards.
- Maintain configuration backups and tenant hygiene; assist with deprecating legacy authentication.
- Microsoft 365 (incl. DLP & collaboration)
- Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams; drive secure collaboration, retention/labels, and transport rules.
- Own DLP operations across Microsoft Purview DLP (Exchange/SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams) and Endpoint DLP: policy design, tuning, exceptions, incident triage, and reporting.
- Partner with Security on Microsoft Defender (Endpoint/Office/Identity/Cloud Apps) policy tuning and incident response runbooks.
- Endpoint & device management
- Manage Intune (Autopilot provisioning, compliance, configuration profiles, app packaging; Windows/iOS/macOS baselines).
- Support endpoint security, hardening, and patch orchestration.
- Azure platform (core IT)
- Support Entra‑joined device trust, Azure subscriptions/resource groups, and Azure Policy/governance controls for Corporate IT workloads.
- Use PowerShell and Microsoft Graph to streamline admin tasks and reporting.
- Automation & operations
- Build admin scripts/automations (PowerShell, Graph API) to reduce toil and improve auditability.
- Triage/escalate incidents, participate in CAB/change windows, and contribute to knowledge articles and SOPs.
- Governance, security & compliance
- Apply Netrix security standards in daily work; support evidence collection for access attestations and audits (e.g., SOC 2).
- Follow Remote Work and AUP requirements for secure access, device hygiene, and incident reporting.
- Service quality & collaboration
- Partner with Service Desk and Security Operations; serve as Tier‑3 escalation for identity/M365 and DLP issues.
- Communicate clearly with global stakeholders; document designs, changes, and procedures.
- 3–5+ years administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID in production (identity, collaboration, security).
- Hands‑on with Conditional Access, PIM, Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Defender (Endpoint/Office/Identity/Cloud Apps).
- Demonstrated DLP experience: designing, tuning, and operating Microsoft Purview DLP policies (Exchange/SharePoint/OneDrive/Teams) and Endpoint DLP; handling DLP alerts/incidents and fine‑tuning for signal‑to‑noise reduction.
- Proficiency with PowerShell (AzureAD/Microsoft.Graph/ExchangeOnline/Teams/Intune modules) and Microsoft Graph for admin automation.
- Strong grasp of RBAC/least privilege, directory objects, auth protocols (OAuth/OIDC/SAML), and device/certificate trust.
- Solid network fundamentals (DNS, HTTP/S, TCP/IP) for identity/M365 troubleshooting.
- Excellent English communication; ability to support users/teams in US and EU time‑zones.
- Right to work in Bulgaria and ability to work remotely under company policy.
- Experience with Azure Policy governance, Microsoft Sentinel, Purview (eDiscovery/Records/Insider Risk), or endpoint hardening at scale.
- Experience with Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps (app governance/Session Controls) and DLP integrations.
- Prior work supporting audit frameworks (e.g., SOC 2) and access attestations.
