IT Systems Engineer

C&W Technologies is an established, fast-growing MSP based in Stuart, FL, with clients throughout North, Central, and South Florida. We work primarily with small to mid-sized clients in the professional services, manufacturing, construction, and non-profit sectors. C&W aims to simplify technology and to get it done right. We are currently seeking a Systems Engineer to join our innovative, collaborative team.

• Salary range of $85K-$95k based on experience

What you’ll do:

• Lead complex technical projects

• Provide client support via phone, remotely, and in person at client facilities

• Configure and deploy firewalls, switches, and related equipment

• Design local, cloud-based, and hybrid networks

• Build and troubleshoot physical and virtual servers

• Provide escalation support on complex technical issues within SLAs

• Maintain accurate client network documentation

• Mentor and assist junior engineers

Skills You’ll Need:

• 8+ years in customer service experience

• 3+ years’ experience with common SMB technologies

• Strong Hyper-V experience

• Intermediate Azure experience

• Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on achieving shared goals.

• Experience with SLAs, ability to change tasks rapidly and manage interruptions gracefully

• Experience with hardware, software, Windows OS, routing, switching, and networking topology/configuration

• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills to drive tasks to completion

• Strong positive mentality and willingness and ability to learn new applications and skills

• Industry Certifications from Microsoft, CompTIA, and Cisco are a big plus
