What You Will Do
- Onboard and support new hires with laptops, accounts, and essential services.
- Manage SaaS systems, including Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Atlassian, and other enterprise applications.
- Deploy and manage network solutions such as VPN, wireless access points, and firewalls.
- Administer and secure corporate devices (Windows and macOS) through Intune, including app deployment and updates in the Intune Company Portal.
- Ensure compliance and security across all corporate IT systems in line with security team requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues across devices, applications, and services, escalating as needed.
- Collaborate with security and engineering teams to support cross-functional IT initiatives.
- Document IT processes and maintain an internal knowledge base for repeatable procedures.
Desired Qualifications:
- 5+ years of IT experience in systems administration, IT engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Intune for device and application management.
- Hands-on knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), SSO, and user lifecycle management.
- Experience administering SaaS platforms such as Atlassian, Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and solutions, including VPNs, wireless APs, and firewalls.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across Windows, macOS, and SaaS environments.
- Knowledge of security best practices for identity, endpoint, and application management.
- Scripting experience with Python or PowerShell for automation and process improvement.
- Familiarity with VM hosting technology (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to support a distributed, remote-first workforce.
- Industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA, Cisco) are a plus.
