Summary Generated by Built In

Since 2014, Wiremind has positioned itself as a technical company transforming the world of transport and events with a 360° approach combining UX, software, and AI.

Our expertise lies primarily in optimizing and marketing our clients' capacity. We work on various projects such as ticket forecasting and pricing, 3D optimization of air freight or scraping competitor prices. Our applications are the preferred tool of companies such as SNCF, United Airlines, Qatar Airways or even PSG to visualize, analyze and optimize their capacity.

Dynamic and ambitious, we strive to maintain our technical DNA which is the engine of our success. The company, profitable and self-financed since its creation 10 years ago, is mainly composed of engineers and experts and currently supports the growth of our business model based on "software-as-a-service" solutions.

What you'll do 🚀

To support our growth, we're looking for an IT Systems Engineer – Automation & AI who will work under the direction of the Head of Information Security & IT on:
IT Automation & Innovation

  • Automate onboarding/offboarding processes end-to-end

  • Build and improve user provisioning and access management workflows

  • Design and manage device fleet automation through our MDM (JumpCloud)

  • Explore and implement AI-powered workflows to improve IT operations and contribute to broader AI adoption across the company

IT Helpdesk Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Manage the device fleet (Linux, Windows, Mac) and network equipment

  • Track incidents and identify recurring failure patterns

  • Drive improvements to the workstation setup, IT fleet, and information systems

  • Build activity reporting: device security, tool usage, etc.

Skills we're looking for 🔍
  • Strong scripting or development skills (Python, Bash, or similar), enough to build real automation tools and workflows

  • Solid knowledge of systems: Linux, Windows, and Mac

  • Good understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VPN, proxies)

  • Experience with MDM or device management tools, JumpCloud is a plus

  • Comfortable working with APIs and integrating third-party tools (IAM, SaaS platforms)

  • Genuine interest in AI tools and workflows, whether that's LLM APIs, AI agents, or automating tasks with them

  • Able to write clear technical documentation and procedures in English

  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills

  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals

Profile 🔍
  • Engineering school, Bac+5, ideally with a first real experience (internship or a previous alternance) in IT systems, automation, or software engineering

  • Good communication and people skills. This role touches the whole company, not just IT, so you'll need to explain things clearly to non-technical colleagues

  • Good level of English, since some team members are English-speaking

  • Rigorous, organized, curious, and autonomous, with the drive to take a project from idea to implementation on your own

What we offer for 6 months 🤌

By joining us, you will integrate:

  • A self-financed startup with a strong technical identity! 🧬

  • Beautiful 900 m² offices in the heart of Paris (Bd Poissonnière) ✨

  • Attractive remuneration 💪

  • A caring and stimulating team that encourages skills development through initiative and autonomy

  • A learning environment with opportunities for evolution 🧑‍💻

You will also benefit from:

  • 1 day of remote work per week 💻

  • Access to WellPass at a preferential rate to maintain your well-being 🏀

  • A great company culture (monthly afterworks, regular meetings on technology and products, annual off-site seminars, team-building…)

Our recruitment process 🤞
  1. An initial conversation with our Talent Acquisition Specialist

  2. A manager interview with the Head of Security & IT

  3. A technical assessment to prepare

  4. A final on-site interview at our offices to discuss your technical assessment with the Manager and a member of the team
