Support the CARGO SaaS product team by gathering client needs, mapping user journeys, creating UI mock-ups, managing the feature backlog, writing specifications, conducting functional tests, coordinating bug fixes, improving documentation, and analyzing client usage data.

Lead Wiremind’s product organization and company-level strategy, overseeing approximately 15 Product and Design employees. Set product direction, align software and AI/ML roadmaps, improve product processes, unblock squads, enhance UX for complex expert-facing B2B SaaS products, and coach product leaders. The role focuses heavily on revenue management, forecasting, pricing, and transport products while partnering with the CEO and executive team.

The Chief Marketing Officer will lead Wiremind’s global go-to-market strategy across product, sales, customer success, and executive leadership. Responsibilities include product and market positioning, packaging and pricing alignment, demand generation, corporate communications, PR, thought leadership, sales enablement, performance measurement, and international growth. The role manages an 11-person marketing team, drives revenue-oriented metrics such as CAC, LTV, and pipeline contribution, and develops AI-enabled market intelligence and marketing operations.

Contribute to AI-powered forecasting and optimization tools for revenue management. Analyze optimization algorithms, monitor decision data, develop performance KPIs, validate new features, write product tickets, and collaborate with Data Science, Machine Learning, Software, and Product teams. Share findings in product discussions and help deliver improvements used by transport and events clients.

Support ML engineers by improving the MLOps platform, implementing data science algorithms in client applications, collaborating on infrastructure, and deploying algorithms safely and scalably. The role involves Python backend development, data stores, CI/CD, Kubernetes infrastructure, monitoring, and production support. Candidates should be pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering and seeking an end-of-study internship.

Contribute to AI/ML-powered forecasting and optimization product development for air cargo revenue management. Responsibilities include feature specification and prioritization, model performance monitoring, stakeholder reporting, testing, documentation, AI/ML customer support, and client implementation support. The intern will collaborate with Data Science, Software, and Product teams while helping deliver and improve data-driven SaaS solutions.

Develop and maintain software features for transportation revenue-management solutions. Responsibilities include backend and frontend development, application monitoring, infrastructure management, technical-debt reduction, architecture improvement, and collaboration with product experts and data scientists to address customer and business needs.

Lead Wiremind’s 80-person engineering organization across three products and shared Data, Platform, and IT & Security teams. Own staffing, delivery, priorities, processes, budget, quality, and executive reporting while partnering with technical leadership. Drive transformations in AI-assisted development, cross-team culture, engineering career paths, leadership development, and hiring philosophy. Remain technically credible by reviewing code and challenging architecture without coding day to day.

Lead the Business Rules squad for CAYZN, owning the architecture and development of a scalable rules engine, including its language, parser, evaluation engine, and user interface. Drive technical decisions, performance, monitoring, incident follow-up, roadmap planning, code reviews, mentoring, and hands-on full-stack development. Collaborate with product, data science, and platform teams to deliver reliable revenue-management features for transportation clients.

Lead the architecture and hands-on development of Wiremind’s Eventori ticketing platform. Own complex frontend and backend engineering work, establish technical standards, improve scalability and maintainability, and guide architecture decisions. Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership to align technical solutions with business needs. Mentor developers, coordinate frontend and backend teams, and contribute approximately 70% of the time as an individual contributor while leading critical technical initiatives.
