Develops and maintains quality management and food safety systems in a manufacturing plant. Performs audits, analyzes quality data, investigates process and product issues, leads root-cause analysis and CAPA, maintains quality records, supports control plans, and drives continuous improvement. The role collaborates with production, customers, suppliers, and technical teams to resolve quality concerns, improve processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and meet ISO, SQF, GMP, and customer requirements. Supervisory responsibilities are included.

Serves as the primary contact for bottler-location customers, manages order changes and closures in an ERP system, resolves complaints, supports forecasting and demand planning, gathers credit information, administers rebates, coordinates receivables issues, and identifies process improvements while maintaining compliance and customer service standards.
