The Demand planning team within SCIT: SCP (Supply Chain IT-Supply Chain Planning) portfolio at Intel IT is focused on delivering transformative solutions for Intel's Demand forecasting and Planning business processes. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team who are executing a digital transformation as part of Intel's strategic program called Intel's Acceleration Office (IAO). You will be part of one of the Agile teams on the program to deliver capabilities as requested by the customer with high quality. Some of your responsibilities are

IT Systems Analysis work focuses on designing information systems that are appropriate for users' needs and consistent with the overall de- sign of the organization's information systems architecture including: Collecting and analyzing information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system; Preparing flow charts, models, and procedures and conducting feasibility studies to design possible system solutions; Estimating the costs of system solutions and preparing project plans to provide input into decisions about prioritizing projects and allocating IT resources; Preparing and maintaining technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system; Leverages agile methodology to design and configure solutions; Works closely with business to develop required training, change management and operations process; Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, and plan and coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications and provide support, Looks for opportunities to automate business process with technology, and may provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters of Science degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 6+ years of IT working experience in configuring and implementing Enterprise software solutions
• Proven experience in configuring Enterprise Software for Demand Forecasting and Planning domain that comprises Demand Forecasting techniques, history data management, evaluating forecast performance and Product life Cycle management
• Strong User Story and User Acceptance Test development skills
• Knowledge of the best practices and design trends for responsive design
• Experience building sustainable solutions and teams.
• Analytical approach to solving system issues including understanding system interdependencies
• Help technology teams to identify and consider all alternate solutions and help them in implementing the best strategy to ensure design meets performance,
• Usability, reliability and scalability requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile software development methods and tools. Experience in managing Scrum teams/ceremonies will be plus
• Experience using industry standard test and defect management systems like Rally, Jira
• Implementation experience in Blue Yonder Demand Planning or equivalent will be an added advantage
• Implementation experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing/High Tech Industry will be an added advantage
• Good understanding of the latest trends and best practices in the Supply chain domain
• Project management techniques and application experience managing several projects while executing milestone delivery schedules using Agile, Waterfall, etc.
• Background establishing continuous improvement program management practices
