What you’ll need
- 3–4 years in IT support/systems administration.
- Strong troubleshooting across Windows 10/11 and Windows Server.
- Active Directory admin (users, groups, OU/GPO, join/trust basics).
- Microsoft 365 admin (mailboxes, licenses, transport basics, MFA/SSO).
- Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DHCP/DNS, VLANs, site-to-site/client VPN.
- Experience supporting hardware & software issues end-to-end.
- Comfortable with remote tools (RDP, AnyDesk, etc.) and ticketing systems.
- Basic Linux CLI (e.g., ls, cat, tail, systemctl, df -h).
- Bonus: PowerShell basics for admin tasks.
Nice to have (plus points)
- Azure (Entra ID Connect, Conditional Access), Intune/Autopilot.
- ITIL Foundation, MS (MD-102/Server), CCNA or equivalent.
