As Marketing Lead, Eurasia you will be working with cross-functional global and regional teams, supporting portfolio strategy that aligns with the category vision to drive sustainable brand growth and to deliver business objectives across 10 high potential markets in the region.
You will support P&L management and future business development plans and objectives including new product development and platform opportunities.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Develop Marketing strategy to drive performance of categories across all markets & channels with a sustainable P&L delivery on a monthly / quarterly and annual horizon.
- Develop and implement superior consumer and customer activations aligned with brand equity, renovation, and innovations strategy.
- Ensure effective working relationships and cross functional alignment of the category marketing plans with Sales, BD, PCM, CI, CS&L and Finance.
- Guide the Agencies to ensure effective and efficient consumer / shopper activations in accordance with brand plans, activation strategy.
- Manage and prioritize resources and investments to deliver category and brand targets and drive ROI across all channels
- Lead Equity & Innovation development & implementation for Local Jewel Brands.
- Collaborate with central Equity & Innovation teams to develop insight led and strategically relevant communication that drive Global/Regional brands health and category growth.
- Enhance synergies across the teams and aligned execution of strategic and operational plans.
- Coach Marketing Team and build leadership capabilities to grow

Education / Certifications:
- University Degree in Economics or Marketing.
Job specific requirements:
- Multi-category experience.
- Strong cases in development and execution of marketing strategy and programs based on consumer insights.
- Proven track record in development and introduction of new products, discovering new market opportunities and brand repositioning.
- In-depth understanding of consumer needs, shopper preferences and customers' expectations
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams
