Job description

• Experience in
  • Telephony/Teams Call/AudioVisual Zoom rooms/Multi-fuction printer
  • Operation of Microsoft windows OS and LAN TCP/IP
  • Knowledge related to problem research.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems for Telephony/Teams Call/AudioVisual Zoom rooms/Multi-fuction printer
• Support the acquisition, installation, maintenance, and administration for hardware and software
• Manage asset and refresh hw align life cycle rule
• Work with world-wide Corporate teams to implement new solutions and meet business requirements
• Those with manufacturing work experience are preferred.
• Proficient in Chinese/English oral and written communication skills.
• Participate in on-call rotation.
• Travel to taiwan sites for site project/opeartion.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for AV devices/meeting rooms to ensure stability and performance.
• Coordinate with cross - functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and workflow materials as needed.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking for meeting business requirements.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and security requirements.
• Participate in meetings and provide technical or operational insights.
• Continuously evaluate existing processes and propose improvements.
