What You’ll Do as an IT System Administrator
This isn’t just another IT support job—you’ll be a key player in managing IT infrastructure, ensuring security, and driving efficiency across our organization.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage & Maintain IT Infrastructure – Keep servers, cloud services, and storage systems running smoothly.
- Optimize System Performance – Troubleshoot issues and monitor systems to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
- Provide Tech Support – Assist end-users with hardware, software, and connectivity issues, keeping operations seamless.
- Enhance Security – Implement best-in-class cybersecurity measures to protect company data and IT assets.
- Administer User Accounts – Manage permissions, access controls, and ensure compliance with licensing agreements.
- Lead IT Innovations – Research and implement new technologies to improve IT operations and security.
- Backup & Disaster Recovery – Ensure business continuity with regular backups and recovery plans.
- At least 3 years of IT system administration experience – this role is for mid-level IT professionals ready to grow!
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, MDM (Intune), Autopilot, AWS, and Google Workspaces.
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, and command line).
- Windows Server deployment, administration, and backup expertise.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills – You love solving IT puzzles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills – IT is a team sport!
- Relevant certifications are a plus (MCSA, M365 Endpoint Administrator Associate, CCNA, etc.).
- Must be willing to work onsite in Pasig City.
