- Collaborative and supportive work culture.
- Flexible work arrangements, competitive compensation, and benefits.
To ensure we find a hands-on, knowledgeable, and growth-oriented candidate, the hiring process will follow three stages:
- Online Pre-Screening by Recruiter
A 15–20 minute video call where the recruiter will guide the candidate through basic scenario-based questions. This session helps evaluate communication skills, practical thinking, and familiarity with common IT support tasks (e.g., VPN issues, account provisioning). No formal setup is required from the candidate — answers are provided verbally. - Home Task
Short, practical assignment (1–2 hours max). The task may involve writing a short troubleshooting guide, comparing two asset management tools, or simulating a common IT process. This helps assess documentation clarity, tool familiarity, and problem-solving independence. - Online Interview with Practical Walkthroughs with Head of Engineering
A 45–60 minute session. The candidate will be asked to walk through real-world scenarios (e.g., user onboarding, troubleshooting RingCentral, VPN, or similar issues) and explain their approach.
