- Provide day-to-day technical support to Valley Associates, ensuring a smooth experience with technology for meetings, events, and travel.
- Respond to support requests in a professional manner, troubleshoot common issues, and escalate more complex problems as needed.
- Assist with maintaining and supporting end-user devices, conference room technology, and basic AV/collaboration tools.
- Help document recurring issues, solutions, and support procedures to improve team efficiency and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in on-call or after-hours support rotations when required.
