The Role
Tribe Property Technologies is looking to fill a mid-level position with the opportunity for training to expand responsibilities and duties. Reporting to the Director, Information Technology, this role would be responsible for providing Tier 1/2 IT support to end users, generating documentation, assisting with licensing and procurement, maintaining server and network infrastructure, as well as assisting with general operations tasks. Utilizing and expanding the use of AI within the organization will be an important aspect of the role.
This position will be based primarily out of our Delta office with occasional travel to our Vancouver office.
Key Responsibilities
• Take ownership of technical responsibilities for employee onboarding and offboarding
• Configure and troubleshoot computer hardware and software components
• Test network and computer systems to verify functionality and performance
• Perform hardware and software upgrades to achieve optimum performance
• Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure by responding to help desk tickets
• Provide support for access to printers, networks, telephones, and other resources
• Order and stock equipment and supplies when necessary
• Provide basic computer user training to other employees
• Assist with ongoing configuration of telephony system
• Generate support knowledgebase articles and standard operating procedure documents
• Assign and maintain software licenses
• Maintaining asset tracking system and labeling of devices
Education and Qualifications
• Diploma or Degree Computer Science or IT related field or equivalent experience
• Microsoft Office 365 configuration and management experience
• Competence with Microsoft & Apple Operating Systems
• Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Competence with mobile device operating systems (Android & iOS)
• Experience with IP subnets, DNS, DHCP, and WiFi SSIDs
• Understanding of Microsoft Active Directory
• Microsoft Certifications a plus
• Understanding of AI, specifically CoPilot and CoPilot Studio, a plus
• ITIL Certification a plus
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Attention to detail
• Calm demeanor
• Must have a valid BC driver’s license and vehicle
