IT Support Specialist | Multi-Center | Windows, Mac, iOS & Android

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Support Specialist to provide technical support across our centers. This role will support employees with day-to-day technology needs, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist with maintaining reliable IT systems across multiple locations.
What You'll Do- Provide timely IT support and troubleshooting for staff across all centers.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Set up and manage Windows and Mac devices.
- Configure and support iOS and Android devices.
- Assist with network setup and maintenance.
- Support user accounts, devices, and common IT-related requests.
- Assist with data backup and recovery processes.
- Help implement and maintain IT policies and procedures.
- Prepare customized IT reports as needed.
- Communicate clearly with staff and collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues.
- Travel between Antioch, Richmond, and Walnut Creek based on operational needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in IT support, troubleshooting, or a related role.
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac OS.
- Experience setting up and managing iOS and Android devices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic knowledge of network systems and infrastructure.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented approach.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between BTA centers.
Someone who can take ownership of technical issues, respond quickly, and keep our teams productive. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, supporting multiple locations, and adapting to changing technology needs.
Skills Required
