  • Monitor infrastructure alerts and support backup, disaster recovery, security, patch management, and system maintenance activities
  • Document incidents, system configurations, operational procedures, and technical manuals.
  • Assist with IT audits, infrastructure reviews, compliance activities, and the implementation of new IT processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with the IT Operations team across EMEA and Head Office IT in Japan to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Provide second-line operational support as experience develops and cover team members when required
  • Participate in meetings, prepare documentation and meeting minutes, and provide ad hoc support to the IT Manager and management team

  • Graduate level education or equivalent proven experience in an IT related discipline

  • Demonstrable experience in networking and server troubleshooting within a professional environment

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and business software applications

  • A solid understanding of IT security, hardware safety, and data protection protocols

  • Confidence working in a multi stakeholder, international business environment

  • Fluency in business level English and ideally Spanish, both written and spoken
