What you will do:

- Assist with onboarding new users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
- Setup and deploy new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software.
- Respond to ad-hoc and walk-in IT requests.
- Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
What you bring to this role:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Helpdesk or IT Support role
- Assist with onboarding new users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
- Setup and deploy new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software.
- Respond to ad-hoc and walk-in IT requests.
- Monitor IT equipment levels and notify senior staff when inventory is low.
- Document troubleshooting steps and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
Bonus points:
- Additional certifications such as CompTIA Network+ or Linux+
- Associate degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field
- Candidate MUST be local to Arlington or nearby areas.
