At our Reynosa plant in Mexico, we are committed to the highest standards in the production of disposable medical products for dialysis treatments. With a dedicated team of more than 3,000 employees across four manufacturing sites, the plant focuses on manufacturing essential components such as hemodialysis disposables, peritoneal dialysis (PD) disposables, hemodialysis (HD) machines, and PD cycler machines.

The IT Support Specialist provides technical support for Manufacturing IT systems, ensuring efficient troubleshooting, repair, and installation of applications while adhering to all IT policies and procedures. This role requires strong customer service skills and close collaboration with users to support their IT needs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Your Responsibilities
• Manage and prioritize support requests through the Help Desk system
• Maintain accurate records of hardware, software, users, issues, and resolutions
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues by working directly with users
• Communicate expected resolution times and proactively train users to prevent recurring issues
• Coordinate with IT vendors for repairs, replacements, or returns
• Recommend solutions and support procurement requests for new IT services or equipment
• Install, configure, relocate, and maintain computers and peripheral equipment
• Develop training materials and user manuals for common systems and tools
• Support and deliver IT training sessions (on-site or external)
• Provide support for phone systems and mobile device services
Your Profile
• High School diploma or GED required
• 2–4 years of IT support experience or relevant technical education
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Advanced computer skills and technical knowledge
• Bilingual English/Spanish
