JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS Duties include but are not limited to
• Provide support to business units for services that are set in Service Level Agreements (SLA).
• Format and prepare laptops and desktops.
• Repair printers scanners and photocopiers before allocating to a third party.
• Install and configure all kinds of software for current & new users
• Communicate with network Laptop/desktop and computer accessories suppliers in order to resolve cases of this nature when needed.
• Ensure the first line of network and telecom and infrastructure support (cabling, points, testing).
• Handle IT-related projects given by the support manager and handle sites.
• Update knowledge base once a case/problem is resolved in order to help in faster response and resolution of similar future cases.
• Help all the IT representatives of all business units. Assist customers in repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
• Take immediate action in case of technical problems and maintain smooth operation
• Provides flexible and responsive Technical Support across the company (physically & remotely).
• Deliver and set up items to users in all Business units.
