We’re preparing to grow to 600 users in the next several years, and we’re looking for a smart, driven IT Support Manager to lead and evolve our support operations and administer our MS365 Platform along with our Backend- MSP. If you like building clean systems, solving real problems, and taking ownership—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
• Build and lead Overwatch’s internal IT support function for Corporate & Field
• Design scalable support processes, ticketing flows, and SLAs
• Manage or oversee support staff (in-house or external)
• Be the point person for Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Intune, Azure AD)
• Handle onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and license management
• Monitor support KPIs and user satisfaction to drive continuous improvement
• Write documentation and self-help resources to empower users
• Work closely with InfoSec and Infrastructure teams on security, identity, and compliance
• Support a hybrid workforce with distributed teams across the U.S.
What You Bring
• 5+ years of IT support experience, including 2+ in a leadership or team lead role
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration & Security
• Comfortable managing users, devices, and systems across Windows and macOS
• Familiar with helpdesk platforms (Jira Service Management, Freshservice, Zendesk, etc.)
• Strong communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience scaling support systems in fast-growing environments
Bonus Points For
• Experience with Intune, Autopilot, or other MDM solutions
• Familiarity with SSO, MFA, and access management best practices
• ITIL certification or similar
• Experience supporting hybrid/remote teams & multiple geographies & IT requirements
