We’re looking for a brilliant IT Support Expert who’s ready to break the mold, challenge the status quo, and help us reimagine IT services with our cutting-edge AI products.

Your mission:

  • Leverage your IT support experience to guide and advise our product teams.
  • Act as a thought leader, championing Nexthink’s strategy to transform IT services.
  • Envision the future of IT service delivery in an AI-driven world.
  • Test, validate, and shape innovative AI solutions.
  • Supervise and train AI agents to deliver next-level support.
  • Benchmark, experiment, and push the limits of what’s possible.

Qualifications

Must-have:

  • A mindset that challenges the status quo and constantly looks for ways to improve processes and ways of working.
  • Strong interest and curiosity in Artificial Intelligence.
  • 2+ years of experience as an L1 or L2 IT support technician.
  • 2+ years in IT support coordination or leadership roles.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-driven, with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communicator who thrives with customers, engineers, and execs alike.
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written).
