Job Description

Workplace Experience group focuses on building the best-in-class DEX products to empower IT teams to see, diagnose and fix. The group is on a mission to make it very easy to get the right real time insights, fast and offer an extremely simplified yet very powerful, flexible automation capability. With the help of AI, the group aims to transform the product to achieve new possibilities.

  • Set the guidance and direction for architecture, scale, reliability and DevOps practices across the group.
  • Promote best practices across the group on cloud-native, AI-native engineering, CI/CD, quality related initiatives.  
  • Partner with PMs, EMs, TLs across groups to build and deliver value with clarity and velocity.  
  • Influence engineering wide decisions working closely across SRE, Developer Productivity and Infra teams.
  • Be hands-on to develop code, review designs and implementations, debug PROD issues, guide complex refactors.
  • Be a role model in the group to mentor other TLs and senior engineers.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years in the industry with 4+ years being tech lead or architect with hands-on exposure
  • Proficient experience with Java
  • Proven experience with Frontend technologies (ideally ReactJs and Typescript)
  • Experience in API design, micro services.
  • BSc or MSc in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience
  • Able to design, implement, test, deliver and maintain product features
  • Passionate towards continuous improvement, lean thinking, and high-quality work
  • Motivation for complex challenges and learning new technologies
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Professional-level English spoken and written
  • Comfortable using GIT and build tools (CI/CD) Strong refactoring and test automation abilities
  • Experience with observability and Cloud
  • Practical knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker
  • Hands-on Exposure to GenAI technologies will be a plus – LLMs, RAG, Prompt engineering etc
