As a versatile IT Support Engineer, you serve as the critical bridge between foundational operational support and high-level strategic implementation. You are responsible for the health, security, and integrity of the enterprise environment, demonstrating the agility to handle a broad spectrum of challenges—from resolving day-to-day user needs to spearheading complex system-wide architectural improvements. Key Responsibilities- Manage and sustain proactive security compliance measures as a top priority, ensuring continuous alignment with CMMC and NIST 800-171 requirements.
- Maintain and enforce Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) principles across enterprise security platforms as a core operational priority.
- Collaborate on system-wide architectural improvements and long-term strategic planning alongside standard infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Execute standardized change management protocols and operational procedures to guarantee infrastructure stability and security.
- Provide comprehensive technical support and develop high-quality documentation to facilitate proactive maintenance and standardized service delivery.
